Hampton's Blue Water Mortgage Named In 'Best of Seacoast' Awards

HAMPTON, NH — Blue Water Mortgage of Hampton was recently named as one of three top mortgage companies in the 2019 Best of the Seacoast Awards. The annual award is presented by Seacoast Media Group to honor the best businesses in Seacoast New Hampshire and Maine. The winners are chosen through a public vote. On Aug. 22, Seacoast Media Group will reveal which business will take home the top prize.

According to Blue Water Mortgage, this is the third year in a row that the company has been in the running for the "Best of the Seacoast" prize. The winner will be announced at the Best of Seacoast Awards ceremony on Aug. 22 at the Blue Ocean Event Center in Salisbury, Massachusetts.

"We're really looking forward to the ceremony," said Roger Odoardi, managing partner at Blue Water, based in Hampton. "It's a privilege to be honored alongside this amazing group of hard-working individuals; they're what make the Seacoast great."

"The first year we won, we were delighted," said Garrett Collins, managing partner at Blue Water. "The second, we were honored. But this? This is incredible. Knowing that the people of the Seacoast continue to recognize and value the hard work our team puts in every day means so much to us. We like to think of ourselves as a local shop, and this community support really speaks to that."

Blue Water recently opened two new offices, in Bedford and Lebanon. According to company officials, the new locations present new opportunities to explore new markets and develop relationships with a broader audience.

"At the end of the day, it isn't about winning awards — though we certainly appreciate them!" said Jay Healy, managing partner at Blue Water. "It's really about our clients. We know we've done our jobs right when we're able to make the mortgage application process a little less daunting for our clients and when we're able to help them afford the home they've always dreamed of."
