Man Charged with Drug Possession, Deadly Weapon on Hampton Beach
New Hampshire State Police recently arrested David Mello, 24, and several other individuals in the area.

Friday, Nov. 29:
- George Pinchott, 22, of Salisbury, Mass., was arrested for possession of controlled drugs on Interstate 95 in Greenland.
- Matthew Currier, 19, of Nottingham was charged with possession of a controlled drug and unlawful transportation of alcohol on Route 16 in Dover.
- Amy Barrow-Clough, 18, of Nottingham was charged with possession of a controlled drug and unlawful possession of alcohol on Route 16 in Dover.
Saturday, Nov. 30:
- Ashley Anzalone, 26, of Raymond was arrested for transportation of a controlled drug and receiving stolen property in Candia.
- Scott Plante, 28, of Raymond was charged with possession of a controlled drug and receiving stolen property in Candia.
- John Clark, 25, of Rochester was arrested for transportation and possession of a controlled drug, subsequent offense in Rochester.
- Justin Clark, 25, of Franklin Square, N.Y., was arrested for being a fugitive from justice and disobeying a police officer on Route 16 in Rochester.
- Eric Butler, 28, of Gloucester, Mass., was charged with reckless operation on Interstate-95 in Hampton.
- Inosencio Baez Samora, 41, of Nashua was arrested for driving while intoxicated and custody on Interstate-95 in Portsmouth.
Sunday, Dec. 1:
- Michael Perkins, 19, of Nottingham was charged with transportation and possession of a controlled drug on Route 9 in Barrington.
- David Mello, 24, of Waterboro, Maine was charged with possession of a controlled drug and possession of a deadly weapon in Hampton.
- James Gill, 22, of Greenland was charged with transportation and possession of a controlled drug on Route 33 in Greenland.
- Mary Watson, 42, of Merrimack was arrested for driving while under the influence of drugs and breach of bail conditions on the Route 1 Bypass in Portsmouth.
Monday, Dec. 2:
- Humberto Guiller Gomez Esteban, 45, of York, Maine was arrested for being an I.C.E. detainer and operating without a valid license on Interstate-95 in North Hampton.
- Raymond Comei, 50, of Groveland, Mass., was arrested for operating after suspension, subsequent offense, disobeying an officer and reckless operation in Epping.
Tuesday, Dec. 3:
- Amanda Graves, 23, of Dover was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 16 in Dover.
Wednesday, Dec. 4:
- Frankie Cruz, 24, of Dorchester, Mass., was charged with operating after suspension, subsequent offense on Interstate-95 in Greenland.
Thursday, Dec. 5:
- Paul Brooks, 25, of Rochester was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant on Route 16 in Dover.
- Sean York, 24, of Newmarket was charged on a parole violation on Route 16 in Dover.
- William York, 28, of Rochester was arrested for being a fugitive from justice and possession and transportation of a controlled drug on Route 16 in Dover.
- Michelle Eusebio, 44, of Rochester was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 16 in Rochester.
- Taylor Marshall, 19, of Nashua was arrested for driving while intoxicated, assault on a police officer, transportation of alcohol by a minor and disorderly conduct on Route 101 in Auburn.
- Randy Marks, 19, of Nashua was arrested for unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor on Route 101 in Auburn.
