Stevens, a current gubernatorial appointee to the New Hampshire Mental Practices board and the Seacoast Cancer Cluster Investigation Commission, is building a diverse coalition of business people, community leaders and Republican activists in her bid for the Republican party’s nomination.
“Moving to the seacoast 28 years ago was one of the most defining decisions of my life,” Stevens said, “My husband and I love this community and this state. Immediately upon arriving we chose to put down roots, raise a family, build careers, work with the nonprofits and get involved in municipal government – it’s been a blessing. I am humbled and grateful for the support I’ve received from my neighbors and I think these endorsements reflect the commitment we’ve shown to our community and hints to the same commitment I’ll make to District 3 as our next Executive Councilor. Throughout this campaign we’ve shown our ability to build a diverse network of Republican support - from Portsmouth to Pelham our campaign infrastructure continues to grow daily.”
