Felon Busted in Hampton for Drugs, Dangerous Weapon

New Hampshire State Police Troop A made the following arrests between Nov. 22 and Nov. 28:

Friday, Nov. 22:

• James Jasud, 39, of Dixfield, Maine, was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth on an outstanding bench warrant.
• Scott Steiger, 47, of East Hampstead was arrested for possession of a controlled narcotic drug and for being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon on Interstate 95 in Hampton.
• Andrew Gagnon, 23, of Seabrook was charged with possession of a controlled narcotic drug on Route 1 in Seabrook.
• Moustafa Serry, 21, of Seabrook was charged with possession of a controlled drug and for having an open container of alcohol on Route 1 in Seabrook.
• Kody Zinck, 20, of Seabrook was arrested for transportation of alcohol by a minor on Route 1 in Seabrook.

• Kelly Smith, 30, of Haverhill, Mass., was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Hampton Beach.
• Wood Souffrant, 30, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with transportation of a controlled drug and operating after suspension on Indian Brook Drive in Dover.
• Jean Pelissier, 36, of Somersworth was arrested for possession of a controlled drug on Indian Brook Drive in Dover.
• Kelly Connarn, 32, of Manchester was arrested for reckless operation in Auburn.
• Timothy Berube, 51, of Rochester was taken into protective custody in Candia.
• Howard Coombs, 57, of Haverhill, Mass., was charged with driving while intoxicated on Interstate 95 in Hampton.

• Kevin Auguste, 26, of Madbury was arrested for conduct after an accident and following too close in Durham.

• Debra Fienberg, 56, of Dover was charged with possession of controlled drug on Dover Point Road in Dover.
• Stephen Fienberg, 46, of Dover was arrested for transportation and possession of a controlled drug, subsequent offense, and operating after suspension on Dover Point Road in Dover.
• Gregory Goodwine, 25, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with transportation and possession of a controlled drug on Route 16 in Dover.
• Sarah Gaudet, 21, of Union was arrested for possession and transportation of a controlled drug with intent to distribute on Interstate 95 in Greenland.

• Branden Brown, 26, of Danville was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant on Route 125 in Epping.
• Charles Boccello, 35, of Newmarket was charged with driving while intoxicated in Newfields.
• Patrick Greene, 23, of Acton, Maine was charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug, operating after suspension and having an open container of alcohol on Route 16 in Rochester.

• Christopher McCarthy, 34, of Hampton was charged with domestic violence simple assault and domestic violence obstructing the report of a crime in South Hampton.
• Isdro Guzman, 31, of Nashua was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant on Interstate 95 in Hampton.
• Jeffrey Stevens, 36, of Middleton was charged with conduct after an accident and reckless operation in Milton.
• Fred Zagranis, 26, of Newmarket was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 101 in Hampton.
• Raymond Madbury, 44, of Union was arrested for operating under the influence of drugs in Dover.
• Michael Page, 30, of Dover was charged with subsequent offense of operating after suspension in Dover.

• John Brown, 21, of Dracut, Mass., was charged with reckless operation on Route 286 in Seabrook.
• Iseline Rodriguez, 18, of Lawrence, Mass., was arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol and resisting arrest on Route 1 in Seabrook.
• Andrew Ellison, 58, of Manchester was arrested for driving while intoxicated, operating after being deemed a habitual offender and receiving stolen property on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth.
• Kenneth Kenneally, 26, of Lee was arrested for operating after suspension, suspended registration and disobeying an officer on Route 125 in Epping.
• Drew Carbone, 23, of Dover was charged with driving while intoxicated in Dover.
• Derrick McNutt, 26, of Hampton was charged on a bench warrant on Route 101 in Hampton.
• Brian Hanson, 51, of Rollinsford was charged with transportation and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute in Rochester.
• Steven West, 24, of Haverhill, Mass., was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs on Route 286 in Seabrook.
• Quang Huynh, 46, of Somersworth was charged with driving while intoxicated in Dover.
