2 Indicted On Child’s Fentanyl Intoxication Death: Court Roundup

Plus: Exeter man accused of strangulation, breaking woman's finger; Seabrook felon indicted on weapon charge; theft and drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Holli Soltish, 37, of Lincoln Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing Dual subwoofer, fuses, and wire connectors at Walmart in Plaistow on Sept. 12, 2019. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges.

Rich Soto, 45, of Lafayette Road in North Hampton on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working in concert with Melissa Harding to steal Hennessy from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on March 5, 2020, in Salem.

Jamie Ann Strong, 38, of Oakwood Lane in Worcester, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of concealing an HDMI cable and adapter in her purse and not paying for them at a store in Salem on July 3, 2020. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges.

Jaeden Joseph Teves, 23, of Back River Road in Dover on a felony possession of methylphenidate (Ritalin) charge after an incident in Exeter on Sept. 16, 2019.

Heidi Turner, 47, of Moose Meadow Drive in Fremont on felony tampering with witnesses and informants and simple assault-domestic violence-enhanced penalty charges. She was accused of slapping a child in the face on Oct. 18, 2020, in Fremont, and then attempting to induce the child to withhold a cell phone call log from police on Jan. 17 in Brentwood by requesting it be deleted.

Daniel M. Westcott, 47, of Broad Street in Somersworth on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge after an incident in Newington on Feb. 11.

Francis Wisniewski, 70, of Robin Hood Drive in Exeter on criminal restraint and two second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling a woman, breaking her finger, and keeping her from leaving on Jan. 15 in Exeter.

Mark Geremia Jr., 33, of Cottage Street in Northfield on negligent homicide-extended term of imprisonment, manslaughter-reckless, reckless conduct, falsifying physical evidence, conspiracy-falsifying physical evidence, and three possession of child sexual abuse images charges. Shawna Marie Cote, 29, of Chestnut Street in Tilton on negligent homicide-extended term of imprisonment, manslaughter-reckless, reckless conduct, falsifying physical evidence, conspiracy-falsifying physical evidence charges. Both Geremia and Cote were accused of not tending to their fentanyl, which later was ingested by their daughter, who died due to fentanyl intoxication, inside a vehicle in Londonderry on Nov. 16, 2020. Geremia was also accused of being in possession of naked pictures of two young girls.

Jean M. Boutwell, 37, of Sylvan Drive in Dover on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. She was accused of using a credit card issued to Duke Chiropractic of Greenland at several restaurants, businesses, and hotels, racking up more than $1,500 worth of charges between July 1, 2019, and Jan. 13, 2020.

Edward Anthony Boyd, 52, of Milton Avenue in Dorchester, MA, on a felony reckless-deadly weapon conduct charge. He was accused of driving at a high-rate of speed on Dec. 11, 2020, in Salem, near pedestrians, while fleeing from police.

Jason Braasch, 45, of Calais, Vermont, on possession of burprenorphine and fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Salem on Nov. 8, 2019. Previously, he has been convicted on charges.

Jason Cacallori, 47, of Blacksnake Road in Seabrook on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge, a machete, on Jan. 29 in Seabrook. He was convicted on a receiving stolen motor vehicle charge in May 2004 in California, according to the indictment.
