Londonderry, NH – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty (Verani) recently welcomed experienced real estate professional Maggie Kerkhoff to its growing management team.

Kerkhoff has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Most recently, she was managing broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Bedford, where she hired and trained agents, increased profitability and productivity, and managed office marketing. She was named their 2016 Manager of the Year for New Hampshire and Maine.

In 2012, Kerkhoff was a top office sales agent for Coldwell Banker’s Amherst location; she achieved President’s Circle status for being in the top 8% of sales, and she was consistently ranked among the top five within her office for sales from 2011-2015. Kerkhoff has a law degree from Suffolk University Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Government with a concentration in Mathematics from Wheaton College. She is a certified negotiation specialist, is relocation certified, and is licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
