Building At Wallace Farm Apartments Earns Occupancy Certificate

Londonderry units are currently being rented in the newly completed building and tenant move-in will begin in mid-October.

Building 5, one of three multi-unit apartment buildings under construction by North Branch Construction in Phase II at the Wallace Farm Apartment Homes community on Bridle Path Lane in Londonderry, has been issued a certificate of occupancy. Units are currently being rented in the newly completed building and tenant move-in will begin in mid-October. The remaining buildings in Phase 2, Building 6 and Building 8, remain under construction and are on schedule to be completed by the end of this year.

Wallace Farm Phase II is a $13.2 million project comprised of the construction of three 24-unit three-story apartment buildings along with the associated site and infrastructure work. The 72 additional 1- and 2-bedroom units built in Phase II will bring the total number of mixed-income units available within the Wallace Farm community to 168 units.

Christopher Fokas of Wallace Farm Development, GP, LLC is the developer of the project.
New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority provided funding for this phase of much-needed rental housing through the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit program and a HUD HOME subsidy. Market Square Architects of Portsmouth, NH is the architectural design firm for the project.
