Chambers Get I-93 Update May 20

DERRY, NH - The Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce will host the 2016 Southern New Hampshire Transportation Update from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 20, 2016, at Brookstone Event Center in Derry, according to a press statement.

Attendees of the event will have the opportunity to learn more about the exciting transportation developments taking place along the southern tier of I-93.

“With the recent expansion of I-93 from the Massachusetts border to Exit 3 in Windham, and now with the continuing expansion up to the I-293 split - including a whole new exit being built - our region is going to be a lot different in 10 years,” said Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce President Donna Morris.

Add to this the new development taking place adjacent to Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, and the connection to Boston made possible by Boston Express and Concord Coach, and the potential economic development prospects for the southern I-93 corridor are huge, said Will Stewart, President of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce.

Southern New Hampshire Transportation Update tickets are free for members of the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce, and $10 for non-members. A continental breakfast is included.
