Woman Found Dead In Londonderry: Reports

LONDONERRY, NH — A large police presence wa seen in Londonderry Thursday in the area of Kendall Pond. According to report by WMUR, a woman wasfounddead after a large police search. Reports by Patch users and local media stated the road in the area has been closed to traffic amid the large police presence. Little information was immediately available.

One local Patch reader reported several police in the Kendall Pond conservation area parking lot, some with "big guns out." Another reader stated the police presence has been ongoing since 2:30 p.m.

Just before 6 p.m., Londonderry police dispatch said officers are still on scene.

WMUR said police have asked the public to stay away from that area.
