Londonderry Arrest Log: June 25-June 30

LONDONDERRY, NH — The following arrests have been reported in the Londonderry police logs Tuesday, June 25 to Sunday, June 30. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Tuesday, June 25 — Albert Gaudreau, 28, of Maulden, Massachusetts, was arrested on a warrant.

Wednesday, June 26 — Kevin John Malone, 64, of Londonderry, was charged with disorderly conduct, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, criminal threatening through conduct with firearm, and having an alcohol interlock vehicle not equipped with the interlock.

Thursday, June 27 — Kevin Daniel Pihl, 60, of Nashua, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension.

Friday, June 28 — Erin Kelly Manning, 40, of Dover, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension and reckless driving. James Michael Albert, 35, of Manchester, was charged with possession of less than one gram of fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence. Jamie Garrity, 32, of Dracut Massachusetts, was charged with two counts of drug possession, relating to fentanyl and heroin/crack, and two counts of transporting drugs in a vehicle.

Saturday, June 29 — Elaine Anne Kennedy, 81, of Londonderry, is arrested on a warrant on the charge of theft. Alexander Macdougal, 27, of Derry, is charged with suspension of vehicle registration. Stephen Bedard, 52, of Londonderry, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Sunday, June 30 — Cody Siders, 33, of Manchester, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension and DUI.
