Felon Accused Of Grabbing, Kissing Woman He Did Not Know
Jimmy Manuel Flores faces multiple felony charges and is accused of reaching in an open window and attempting to sexually assault a woman.
MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police responded to a report of a past tense assault that had occurred in the area of Central High School on Wednesday.
When officers arrived the victim told police she was sitting in her car and a male, who she did not know reached inside the open car window. The victim reported the suspect grabbed the back of her neck, pulled her head out of the window, and kissed her.
MPD Spokesperson Heather Hamel said, after a brief struggle, the victim claimed the man lifted his shirt exposing a firearm in his waistband. The suspect then ran south on Beech Street and she lost sight of him.

Through their investigation, detectives identified the suspect as Jimmy Manuel Flores, 31. He was arrested on Thursday and charged with felonious criminal threatening, sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, and simple assault. Flores, was also found to be a convicted felon, was also charged accordingly as a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon.
Flores is scheduled for arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court Friday.
