Man Arrested In Franklin On Several Manchester Police Warrants
Jose Casiano, 33 is accused of several incidents where car windows were smashed, and valuables were taken.
MANCHESTER, NH - A Manchester man was arrested and faces multiple charges in investigation police described as “Smash and Grab Incidents”
Jose Casiano, 33 was arrested in Tilton, NH on several Manchester warrants. Casiano is accused of breaking into three cars.
Police say in each case they investigated the window was smashed to gain entry and valuables were stolen. Casiano is also facing charges for allegedly stealing a car and using stolen credit cards.

Casiano was charged with 1 count of Felony Theft by Unauthorized Taking, two misdemeanor counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, two misdemeanor counts of Receiving Stolen Property, three misdemeanor counts of Criminal Mischief, and three misdemeanor counts Theft by Unauthorized Taking.
The bail status and court date for Casiano are pending at this time.
