Manchester Teen Arrested in Londonderry for Drug Possession
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
OCTOBER 11, 2013
6:33 a.m. Eric Michaud, 23, of 4B Brook St. in Derry, N.H. is arrested on Sherry Lane and charged with three counts of theft; all other. Michaud was processed at the Merrimack County House of Corrections and given a court date of Nov. 18 at Derry District Court. $1,500 personal recognizance bail was set.
8:20 a.m. William J. Lavoie, 35, of 545 Calef Road Apt. 2 in Manchester, N.H. is charged with conduct after an accident, speeding (type I or II not specified) and yellow line. Lavoie released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, cout date set for Nov. 4 at Derry District Court.
12:32 p.m. Donna Green, 58, of 13 East Yellowstone Drive in Londonderry, N.H. is charged with criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.). Green was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. Court date set for Oct. 28 at 8:15 a.m.
5:15 p.m. Brian Bolton, 18, of 1011 Valley St. in Manchester, N.H. is charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs (in a motor vehicle).
Bolton was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Court date set for Nov. 4 at Derry District Court.
