NH Officials To Give Update On Exit 4A Project, I-93

In a regional transportation meeting scheduled for Tuesday, officials will give an update on the Exit 4A project for I-93 in Londonderry.

LONDONDERRY, NH — This Tuesday transportation officials will provide an update regarding the project to create Exit 4A in Londonderry, about one mile north of Exit 4 on Interstate 93. The project, the planning for which began in 1985, aims to reduce traffic congestion on Route 102. Exit 4A is incorporated in the 10-Year Transportation Improvement Plan of New Hampshire Department of Transportation.

Tuesday's meeting will include a presentation by lead engineers from Fuss & Neill that are working on the Exit 4A project. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport Director Ted Kitchens will also speak about how the airport and businesses can work to grow the region.

The regional transportation update meeting will take place this Tuesday, May 7, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Brookstone Park in Derry. Tickets are $15 for Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce members, and $20 for non-members. Free breakfast will be included.
