Obituary: Patricia "Pattie" Rowan-Nadeau, 46, Teacher at Create and Discover School

Patricia “Pattie” Rowan-Nadeau 46, of Derry N.H. formerly of North Andover, died peacefully at home on Saturday.

Pattie was born in Methuen on June 10, 1968 and was a graduate of North Andover High School.
She was a beloved teacher at Create and Discover School in Salem N.H, a dedicated and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Pattie’s greatest joys in life were her children, family, friends, and her dogs.

Pattie is survived by her husband Scott Nadeau of Derry, her son Logan Maggio (wife Laurie) of Methuen, her daughters, Rachel Maggio (Kevin Chipperini), Leilani and Halana Nadeau all of Derry, and her step sons, Brian Nadeau of Derry, and John Nadeau of Hooksett.

Pattie is also survived by her father James Rowan (Margaret) of Methuen, her brothers James Rowan of Amesbury and Christopher Rowan of Methuen, sisters, Kelly Curtin (Joseph) of Methuen, Mary Rowan-Pepin of Groveland and Kimberly Welt (Andrew) of Cumberland, Rhode Island. Also among Patricia’s survivors are her grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, an aunt, and an uncle.

Pattie was predeceased by her mother Mary (Doherty) Rowan in 2005.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday at 10 AM at St. Michael’s Church in North Andover.
