One Hospitalized After Londonderry Car Crash

Mammoth Road was shut down briefly on Monday afternoon after a two-car crash landed one person in the hospital.

LONDONDERRY, NH - Mammoth Road was shut down briefly on Monday afternoon after a two-car crash landed one person in the hospital. According to the Eagle Tribune, Londonderry police were called to the intersection of Mammoth Road and Oakridge Drive after two vehicles collided around 2 p.m.

One person was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police Sgt. Michael McCutcheon.

Details about the injuries and the status of the other driver were not immediately available.

Both directions of Mammoth Road were briefly closed while fire department crews removed the injured person from the vehicle. The street reopened around 2:50 p.m. The cause of the crash has not been identified at this time.
