Two People Killed In Another Manchester Motorcycle Accident

Two Manchester residents killed in a motorcycle accident. The victims are a 31-year-old male and a 33-year-old female.

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police, fire, and AMR ambulance were dispatched to Wellington Road for an accident with injury Sunday.

While en route to the call, AMR was asked to dispatch an additional ambulance to the scene for two people injured in the accident.

Manchester Police closed Wellington Road at about 5:15 a.m. between Linda Lane and Currier Drive. The Manchester Police Accident Reconstruction Team came to the scene and is investigating the accident.

A motorcycle could be seen laying on the ground, and damage was visible where it appears to have struck the guardrail. About 200 feet away a mailbox post was broken off, and two deceased people were on the ground covered by a tent set up by officers.

The medical examiner was at the scene as investigators continued to take measurements and photograph the scene.

Manchester police announced a road closure for several hours. Police say the single motorcycle accident killed a 31-year-old male and a 33-year-old female, both are Manchester residents.

There have been two other fatal motorcycle accidents in Manchester in June.

On June 9, Paige Parkinson who was the passenger on a motorcycle died in a single motorcycle accident at Pine and Willow Street. The operator of the motorcycle was injured but survived, police have not released his name. On June 11, Forrest Emra was killed in a single motorcycle accident on Perimeter Road when the motorcycle he was operating left the roadway and struck a jersey barrier. In Hooksett on June 13, a three-vehicle accident in Hooksett on West River Road killed a Litchfield man who was on a Harley Davidson Trike style motorcycle.
