Londonderry Postpones Halloween
Breaking: Power outages and electrical wire dangers cause town and police to postpone trick-or-treating.

LONDONDERRY, NH — Trick-or-treating has been postponed in Londonderry until 6 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2017. In an updated post on Facebook, police asked residents to use caution if the roadways are closed and wires are still down in your neighborhood. Police also posted safety tips online.

Friendly’s Restaurants and the Boys & Girls Clubs are teaming up for its second annual “Cone for Kids” campaign. Donate $1 when dining at the restaurant and receive a “kid card” with five coupons for one free single cone – something trick-or-treaters might like to get instead of candy. Customers can also purchase an adult coupon book for a donation.

Santa’s Village in Jefferson hosts its Silly, Spooky Halloween Extravaganza on Oct. 21, and Oct. 28, 2017, with the park being transformed for a lot of family fun.
And Dunkin’ Donuts is running a munchkins special – 10 for $1.99 – and will also be offering Halloween themed doughnut treats. Mmm.
