Woodmont Project Receives Conditional Approval from Town Planners
The project spans 625 acres and will cost $1 billion.
A $1 billion, 625-acre project at Woodmont Commons received conditional approval from Londonderry planners 9-0 on Thursday, according to a Tweet from Town Manager Kevin Smith.
The historic move forward for the town was first reported by the Union Leader. The board approved a number of requested waivers before the conditional approval took place.
