$100M Development Project To Start In Fall 2018
Nashua's Monahan Companies' Merrimack Park Place near the premium outlet mall will feature convention center, hotel, and luxury apartments.
MERRIMACK, NH — A new multi-million dollar mixed-use development is expected to break ground later this year in Merrimack, according to the New Hampshire Business Review. The 20-acre development – Merrimack Park Place – will feature a Fairfield Inn Hotel, with a conference center, and nearly 200 apartments. Office space and about 28,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space are also planned.
Developer Tom Monahan of the Monahan Companies of Nashua said it will be one of the first live, work, play, urban lifestyle developments of its kind in the area.
