Hillsborough South Indictments: Merrimack Man Pointed Gun at Cop

MERRIMACK, NH - The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

• Lenin Amparo, of Nashua, NH was indicted for selling fentanyl to someone within 1,000 feet of a school.
• John Barbuti of Hudson, NH was indicted for theft and breaking and entering Zheng Garden.
• Daronte Branch of Nashua, NH was indicted for sale of a mixture of heroin and fentanyl to a Nashua Police officer.
• Freddie Buchanan of Nashua was indicted for stealing someone's wallet and using force against the woman.
• Conrad Caine of Nashua, NH was indicted for failing to complete a sexual offender registration form.
• James Canney of Raymon, NH was indicted for possession of fentanyl.
• Dawn Cassidy of MIlford, NH was indicted for selling fentanyl to a Hillsborough County Street Crime Task Force agent.
• Ashley Coleman of Nashua, NH was indicted for possession of methamphetamine.
• Eric Cousins of Merrimack, NH was indicted for witness tampering.
• William Mejia-Delisle of Manchester, NH was indicted for a theft at a Macy's.
• Matthew Di Bona of Nashua, NH was indicted for possesion of fentanyl, theft and receiving stolen property.
• David Dietle, a resident of High Desert State Prison in Indian Springs, NV, was indicted on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault with his daughter in 2007.
• Jennifer Dion of Nashua was indicted for, falsifying evidence and cocaine possession.
• Harrison Duong of Nashua, NH was indicted for poessesion of cocaine with intent to sell.
• Cody Duval of Nashua, NH was indicted for posession of oxycodone.
• Arthur Fontaine of Nashua, NH was indicted for failure to register as a sex offender.
• Michael Gergoulis of Pelham, NH was indicted for theft from a Walmart.
• Tyler Greenleaf of Hudson, NH was indicted for selling fentanyl to a Nashua Police Dept. informant.
• Emily Haight of Nashua, NH was indicted for a seeling fentanyl to a Nashua Police Dept. agent.
• Becky Hewes of Nashua, NH was indicted for possesion of cocaine and falsifying evidence.
• Jamaal House of Boston, MA was indicted for nonconsensual disseminatino of private sexual images.
• Christopher Kalloger of Merrimack, NH was indicted for reckless conduct and criminal threatening for pointing a loaded pistol at a police officer.
• Kristopher Kelley of Center Barnstead, NH as indicted for arson and tampering with a fire alarm.
• David Laing of Haverhill, MA was indicted for burglary.
• Jesus Lopez of Lowell, MA was indicted for selling fentanyl to a New Hampshire State Police agent.
• John Manning of Salem, NH was indicted for faslifying information to gain Cash and Food Stamp benefits totalling over $12,500.
• Richard Mercier of Pelham, NH was indicted for reckless conduct for shooting a Canik semi-automatic 9mm pistol in his backyard. According to the indictmen, the bullet traveled through the residence of 133 Windham Road in Pelham and became lodged in a wall.
