Man Accused of Pointing Gun Charged with Criminal Threatening
Merrimack police say the man is accused of pointing a hand gun at the two people who were together in a car at the end of his driveway.
The Merrimack Police Department arrested a local man on a charge of criminal threatening for allegedly pointing a hand gun at two people at the end of his driveway onĀ Saturday.
Police said Daniel Latour, 43, of 28 Wire Road, Merrimack, was due in court June 23 to answer to the charge.
Police said two people stopped by the department Saturday night to file complaints that Latour had pointed a hand gun at them while they were in a vehicle together at the end of Latour's driveway.
Officers responded to the residence and, after a brief investigation, retrieved a hand gun and took Latour into custody, according to police. He was later released on $1,000 cash bail.
