Manchester Man Indicted On Forceful Sex Charges In Merrimack
A Manchester man has been indicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault in connection with two incidents in Merrimack.

NASHUA, NH — A Manchester man was indicted last week on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault in connection with two incidents in Merrimack involving unconsensual sexual acts. Noe Moran Contreras, 26, of Manchester, is charged with having intercourse with a woman on Christmas Day while she was telling him "no" and to get out of the bedroom, or words to that effect. He is also charged with applying physical force to sexually assault the victim on April 3 in Merrimack, by grabbing her from behind in the shower and using superior physical strength to commit the act, according to the indictments.
The Hillsborough County Superior Court grand jury indicted Moran Contreras on the two aggravated felonous sexual assault charges on Tuesday. Each charge is a special felony, carrying a maximum possible sentence of 10 to 20 years in state prison if he is convicted.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt; rather, it means a grand jury has found sufficient evidence in the case to warrant a trial.
