Merrimack Arrests: Manchester Man Arrested For Texting Ex

Merrimack Police arrested three people this week, including a man who violated a protective order by texting.

MERRIMACK, NH - Merrimack Police arrested three people this week, including a man who violated a protective order by texting.

Aaron Mattil, 26, of Manchester was arrested on warrants by Merrimack Police for two counts of violation of a protection order on Apr. 23.

Merrimack Police said the warrants stem from two separate incidents where Mattil violated a protection order. On April 16, 2018, it was reported that Mattil sent an email to the protected party in violation of the protective order. After a brief investigation, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On April 19, 2018, the Merrimack Police took another report from the protected party who stated Mattil had violated the protective order again. It was reported that Mattil sent numerous text messages to the protected party which was in direct violation of the protective order. After a brief investigation, a second warrant was issued for his arrest.

Mattil was processed and no bail was set due to the charges. He was later transported to Hillsborough County Jail pending arraignment on April 24, 2018 at the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack.

Christian Coulson, 42, of Merrimack was arrested on Apr. 22 on drunk driving charges.

According to police, an officer observed a motor vehicle infraction on Turkey Hill Road just before 3 a.m. The officer stopped the vehicle and made contact with the operator, identified as the above Coulson.

While speaking with the operator, the officer observed signs of impairment. After further investigation, Coulson was taken into custody for OUIL. He was transported to the Merrimack Police Department for
processing. He was later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the
Merrimack 9th Circuit District Court on May 3, 2018 to answer to the charges.

Jessica Beaulieu, 26, of Merrimack was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence after hitting striking her boyfriend with the butt end of a knife.

Police said responding officers made contact with the victim and Jessica Beaulieu. After an investigation, it was determined that Beaulieu assaulted her boyfriend by striking him in the forehead with the butt end of a knife. Beaulieu was arrested and transported to the Merrimack Police Department for processing.

Beaulieu was later released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the Merrimack 9th Circuit District Court on May 10, 2018 to answer to the charge.
