Veteran New Hampshire banking executive will lead community bank’s commercial banking team
NASHUA, NH (May 19, 2021) – Millyard Bank announced today that veteran banking executive Mary Jane Ricker has joined its leadership team as Chief Lending Officer. Ricker has held executive-level positions in commercial lending and banking operations with various New Hampshire financial institutions, most recently with The Provident Bank, where she served as Senior Vice President Commercial Services.

Throughout her stellar banking career, Ricker has assisted businesses from across New England with banking needs over their full life cycles, from start-up, through growth and expansion, to mergers, acquisitions and management succession. In addition, Ricker has served on boards of directors and committees for organizations such as Concord Kiwanis Club, United Way, Capital Region Holiday Food Program, the Small Business Administration’s “Boots to Business” program for veterans, Family Strength and Northern New England School of Banking.

Ricker is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, and holds specialized certificates from Georgetown University’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking and University of Oklahoma’s Graduate School of Commercial Lending, and she is a 2012 graduate of Leadership New Hampshire.
Millyard Bank officially opened its doors on December 23, 2019, and is one of only five banks to open in the United States in 2019. Between 1995 and 2009, an average of 125 banks opened annually in the U.S., but fewer than 30 have opened nationally since 2010.
