Onacis M. Anziani, 19, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was charged with willful concealment. Police say he hid two articles of clothing in a bag and tried to leave a store at Merrimack Premium Outlets without paying.
Sunday, Aug. 4 — Carlos Rosado, 27, of Nashua, was charged with domestic violence stalking. Police say he was arrested after an officer stopped a vehicle for an infraction. Police then learned that the driver was a protected party as part of a criminal bail protective order, and that the passenger — Rosado — was a defendant in that case.
Jacob W. Hugh, 20, of Nashua, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and reckless driving. Police say that an officer stopped Hugh after seeing him take a right turn at a high rate of speed from Industrial Drive to Continental Boulevard. The vehicle Hugh was driving jumped a cement median into the opposite lane, then went back over the median and continued east on Continental Boulevard, according to police. An officer stopped Hugh and arrested him on a reckless driving charge. While being booked at the police station, police suspected he was also impaired and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor.
Monday, Aug. 5 — Alexa M. Cho, 20, of Merrimack, was arrested on a warrant on two counts of cruelty to animals, one count of having an unlicensed dog and one count of failure to vaccinate. Her arrest stemmed from police visiting a home she owned on Sycamore Drive on July 25. While there, police found a German shepherd was found malnourished and living in "extreme squalor," police say. The dog, named Turbo, had not been seen by anyone since at least fall 2018, according to police. The animal's condition remains grave, police said this week. The dog is now in the hands of Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire.
