Merrimack Crime Roundup: July 7-July 23
Impaired driving and domestic assault were among incidents reported by the Merrimack police for July 7 to July 23.

MERRIMACK, NH — The following crime-related incidents have been reported by the Merrimack police for the week of July 7 to July 23. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.
Saturday, July 13 — Merrimack residents Devin Sweetser, 27, and Brian Sweetser, were charged with domestic simple assault. Police say they assaulted each other during a heated argument and were both injured.
Sunday, July 14 — Alan Pease, 23, of Litchield, was charged with domestic violence. Police say there was a fight between two men around 1:20 a.m. in the area of Amherst Road and Executive Park Drive, and that Pease assaulted someone who is known to him.

Tuesday, July 16 — Katherine Wulbrecht, 30, of Manchester, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), aggravated OUIL and possession of alcohol by a minor. Police say the vehicle she was driving collided with a guardrail at the intersection of Joppa and Bedford roads around 1:15 a.m., and that she was driving impaired.
Thursday, July 18 — Victor Javier Gaitan Antivar, 33, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was charged with operating without a valid license. Police say they pulled him over on the Everett Turnpike for a traffic violation and learned he never had a valid license.

Friday, July 19 — Joanne Gomes, 49, of Merrimack, was charged with disorderly conduct. Police say she was arrested after investigating a dog that had been left in a vehicle and finding that no crime was committed. One of the witnesses, Gomes, became belligerent due to the result of the investigation, according to police. Police say she was yelling obscenities.
Saturday, July 20 — Pierre Watt, 22, of Merrimack, was charged with OUIL. Police say he was involved in a rollover vehicle crash at the intersection of Naticook Road and Westborn Drive at approximately 6:01 p.m., when a vehicle he was driving collided with a telephone pole. Police say he was intoxicated.
Tuesday, July 23 — Jean Truland, 34, of Merrimack, was charged with OUIL and transporting alcohol in a vehicle in an open container. Police say that Truland was stopped by police for a vehicle infraction while driving on Amherst Road in the area of Cross Street, and the officer observed signs of impairment and an open alcohol container.
Jasmine Campbell, 26, of Worcester, Massachusetts, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking. Police say that Nashua Police Department arrested her on a warrant in connection with an incident Friday, when two women reportedly stole from the liquor store in Merrimack. According to police, surveillance footage shows they placed bottles of Hennessy Cognac into a bag and left without paying.
