Snapshot: Merrimack Home Prices, Values

The Zillow home value index has an estimated average of $225,000 in Merrimack, up 6.7 percent year over year, though down .6 percent quarter to quarter.

The index graph attached here shows how the recession years impacted the town. On Nov. 1, 2005, the Zillow home value index in Merrimack was $298,000.

The value index includes data and transactions through April 30. Zillow defines the index as the mid-point of Zestimate valuations for Merrimack, half of which are above the number and half are below it.
