Merrimack Overhauling Site Plan Regulations Aiming to Modernize
Merrimack officials are in the process of overhauling all of the town's site plans to attract better development. Public hearing is coming.
MERRIMACK, NH — Merrimack is in the process of overhauling its regulations relating to site plans and subdivisions. The goal is to modernize the regulations to make achieve better development and to make the review process more clear and predictable, town officials say. The process began in April and a public hearing on the new regulations is scheduled for Aug. 6.
The town has released the proposed new site plan regulations, as well as the the proposed new subdivision regulations, for public review. The public hearing on the proposals will take place at 7 p.m. Aug 6, in the Matthew Thornton meeting room located in the Merrimack Town Hall
