Merrimack Police Investigate Crash Into Tree, Rock Wall
A car left Turkey Hill Road, crashed into a tree, and landed on a rock wall on Monday. Firefighters worked to cut the tree, clear the road.
MERRIMACK, NH — Merrimack fire and police responded to a report of a 2-vehicle accident on Turkey Hill Road near Iris Drive on Monday.
When units arrived on the scene it was determined to be a single-vehicle crash, and a tree was down in the road. Merrimack Fire Rescue crews had a vehicle resting on a rock wall after it left the roadway and struck a tree.
The occupant of the car was medically evaluated and refused medical transport.

Firefighters used a chainsaw to cut up the tree and remove it from the roadway.
Kinney Towing came to the scene lifted the vehicle from the stonewall to avoid rupturing the gas tank. A commercial box truck at the scene stopped after witnessing the accident but was not involved in the crash.

Merrimack Police are handling the investigation, and it is unknown if there were any citations issued.
