Merrimack Police: Merrimack Man Arrested For Domestic Assault

MERRIMACK, NH - The following arrests were shared by the Merrimack Police Department in March.

Amy Lynn Mayfield, 32, of Salvail Ct. in Nashua, NH, was arrested on Mar. 6 on warrant stemming from two counts of theft.

According to police, a Circle K employee alleged Mayfield had been stealing goods from the store. After an investigation, police obtained evidence she had been stealing money and goods over a two month period totaling over $1,500.

Brittany Gionet-Hubert, 29, of Arlington Street in Nashua, NH was arrested on Mar. 8 possession of a controlled substance.

According to a police report, officers ran into Gionet-Hubert during the course of an unrelated investigation.

While speaking to police, Gionet-Hubert revealed she had a purse full of prescription pills that were not hers.

Phillip Swanson, 24 of N. Main Street in Merrimack, was arrested for DWI on Mar. 10

According to police, officers observed Swanson asleep in his car while it was running in the area of Bedford and Davis Road.

Police reported it took several attempts to wake Swanson.

Joseph LeBaron, 28 of Deerwood Drive in Merrimack was arrested for circumventing his alcohol ignition interlock on Mar. 12.

According to police, fire and police showed up to a single car rollover, in which the car had gone off the roadway and into the woods. When police arrived two passengers had already exited the vehicle.

After saying otherwise initially, LeBaron admitted to driving the car and that the passenger had blown into the interlock device so LeBaron could drive.

Janna Hayward, 24 of Merrimack was arrested for simple assault on Mar. 13.

According to police, Hayward was involved in a heated argument with another resident that became physical. It was alleged that Hayward pushed the other party and attempted to punch them.

Jacob Patenaude, 21 of Merrimack was arrested on Mar.26 and held on $10,000 cash bail for second degree assault and four domestic violence charges.

According to police, officers responded to Pantenaue's home after receiving a tip allegeing an earlier domestic assault. After an investigation, police said Patenaude has pushed and kicked the victim and prevented them from leaving the home.

It was also alleged that he choked the victim, restricting their breathing for a short time.
