Merrimack Police: Merrimack Man Arrested For Stalking Girlfriend

MERRIMACK, NH - The following arrests were shared by the Merrimack Police Department in April.

Sam Gleneck, 24 of Sawyer Street in Nashua, NH, was arrested for operating a vehicle with a suspended license and driving with an open container.

According to police, a Merrimack officer observed Gleneck commit a violation and pulled him over on Apr. 3. After a check, it was revealed that his license and registration had been suspended due to lack of payment.

Austin Westcott, 21 of Merrimack was arrested on two counts of criminal threatening and stalking on Apr. 10.

According to police, Westcott was arrested by Londonderry Police and turned over to Merrimack officials after he was picked up on a warrant.

According to the police report, the charges stem from an incident at the Merrimack Premium Outlets on Apr. 9. Police said the victim's car had been keyed and a tire damaged, allegedly by the victim's former boyfriend, Westcott.

After an investigation, police learned that Westcott had threatened the victim via email and had been observed driving by the victim's home over the weekend.

Heidi Holt, 28, of Upper Road in Plaistow, NH, was arrested on Apr. 9 and charged with operating under the influence of drugs.

According to police, fire and police crews responded to a car accident near the Harris Pond Mall. Police said they found holt in a car that had driven off the road and down an embankment.

She was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
