Merrimack's Tortilla Flat Opening New Shop in Epping
Restaurant is set to open in the spring of 2014.
A Mexican restaurant is opening Epping's Brickyard Square.
Merrimack-based Tortilla Flat will open a restaurant in the commercial block in the spring of 2014.
The restaurant has served Merrimack for more than 35 years.
Brickyard Square has become the center of numerous new businesses as it has been developed over the last couple years. It includes O'neil Cinemas, Market Basket, the Paper Store, the Dress Barn, Famous Footwear and several more shops. It also has become a haven for popular restaurants in other communities to open secondary locations including Manchester's 900 Degrees Pizzeria and a Portsmouth's Popovers cafe. The Beach Plum a Seacoast favorite that originated in North Hampton with a secondary location in Portsmouth, is also planning to build a restaurant there.
