Over 300 Merrimack Eversource Customers Remain Without Power
Heavy winds took down trees and power lines Friday night cutting power to hundreds. Continental Blvd remains closed as crews work
MERRIMACK, NH - Strong winds throughout New Hampshire caused thousands of power outages, damage to buildings from trees, and downed trees closing roadways.
Merrimack at one point had over 600 customers without power with several roads closed due to trees that fell across the travel portion of roads.
Continental Blvd remains closed Saturday morning in the area of the Shaw's Plaza and continuing West for about half a mile.

Eversource crews worked with tree-cutting workers who were removing a large tree that had fallen on the utility lines.
Eversource estimates power will be restored Saturday afternoon.
