Police Arrest 5 on Drug Charges at the Merrimack Outlets

Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013

  • 10:50 a.m.: Arrested Deborah Philbrick, 27, of 424 Walnut St., Manchester, for two counts of forgery.
  • 2:45 p.m.: Harassing scam phone call reported on Cedar Lane. 
  • 7:32 p.m.: Arrested Michael Hurley, 21, of 1 Astrig Way, Billerica, Mass., on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug.
  • 7:52 p.m.: Arrested Timothy J. Imbriglio-Roy, 21, of 3471 Acushnet Ave. Billerica, Mass., on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. 
  • 8:57 p.m.: Report of a possible counterfeit bill passed on Daniel Webster Highway.
  • 11:08 p.m.: Responded to Grapevine Road to investigate a burglary.

Friday, Dec. 6, 2013

  • 1:21 a.m.: Arrested Michael Musto, 47, of 56 Robert Court, Apt. J Manchester, on charges of driving while intoxicated and DWI per se.   
  • 2:25 p.m.: Provided mutual aid to Bedford at Jenkins and Bedford Roads.
  • 3:09 p.m.: Provided mutual aid to Bedford on Route 101.
  • 3:23 p.m.: Complaint of a vehicle that passed a school bus with its lights activated and door o
  • 9:40 p.m.: Arrested Kareen Avinger, 19, of 33 Spring St., W. Roxbury, Mass., on charges of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, and possession of marijuana.
  • 9:40 p.m.: Arrested Wayne Jones, 20, of 92 Sumner St., Dorchester, Mass., on a charge of possession of marijuana.
  • 9:40 p.m.: Arrested Shane Kelley, 21, of 1106 Saratoga St, East Boston, Mass., on a charge of  transportation of marijuana.
  • 11:31 p.m.: Responded to Parkhurst Road for a vehicle off the road.
