Police: Man Falsified Info on Concealed Gun Permit
Merrimack police say the man turned himself in on the misdemeanor charge.
Police say a local man was arrested for allegedly putting false information on an application to carry a concealed firearm.
Neil Anketell, 40, was charged with unsworn falsification and has a June 19 court date on alleged offense, according to the Merrimack Police Department.
Anketell turned himself in on a warrant May 31.
Merrimack Police department, after conducting the application investigation, charged him with the misdemeanor.
