Primary Field Expands for State Senate Seat
An interesting GOP primary is shaping up for NH Senate District 11, which covers Amherst, Merrimack, Milford and Wilton.
A vacant seat for the state Senate district that represents Amherst, Merrimack, Milford and Wilton is generating a crowded primary field so far.
Sen. Peter Bragdon, R-Milford, announced this spring he would not seek a sixth term.
The state filing period opened June 4 and goes until June 13. To date, the Republicans filing papers with New Hampshire Secretary of State William Gardner for Senate District 11 are:
- Gary Daniels of Milford
- Daniel Dwyer of Merrimack
- Dan Hynes of Merrimack
- Maureen Mooney of Merrimack
