Town Offices to Close for Christmas Holiday

Community members rally raise money to help family of mother who passed away during childbirth.

Town offices, schools closed: The Merrimack Town offices and Merrimack Public Library will close at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Christmas Eve, and be closed on Wednesday, Christmas Day. The Merrimack public schools will be closed for the Christmas break until Thursday, Jan. 2.

Fatal crash investigation continues:
Police continue to probe the cause of a two-car accident in Milford on Wednesday that killed Eric C. Lecuyer, 29, of Merrimack.

GoFundMe campaign underway:
A GoFundMe campaign continues to help the family of Christie Billodeau Fazio, a mother who passed away on Dec. 14 after giving birth to a baby boy, Jonathan Lee. Members of the community and of the Bedford Road Baptist Church have raised more than $51,000 of the $55,000 goal.
