Where Does Merrimack Do Christmas Tree Disposal?

For town residents who are finished celebrating the holidays and still have to get rid of their Christmas trees, the Merrimack Transfer Station is ready and waiting to receive them.

According to Merrimack Department of Public Works officials, town residents can take their Christmas trees to the Transfer Station anytime during normal operating hours. They can then throw their trees into the brush pile free of charge.

The DPW does not provide any curbside Christmas tree pick-up. The Transfer Station is open Tuesday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to  4 p.m
