3. Family Fun! The Light of the World Christian Church will host a Family Fun Day at Milford’s Keyes Field from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 27. Admission is free and will include live bands, activities and other fun things for the kids to do.

4. Patch Fact: Helen of Troy, in Greek mythology, was the most beautiful woman in the world. She was the major cause of the Trojan War, in which Greece defeated the city of Troy.

5. Dig it! Bring the kids to the Wadleigh Memorial Library on Monday, July 29 for an Archaeology Adventure from 6–7 p.m. Come to the Children's Room for some adventures with archeology. Mummies, hieroglyphics and ancient civilizations will be explored this evening. All ages welcome.
