5:51 p.m. Simple assault is reported on Mason Road.

11:13 a.m. Theft is reported at White Duck Car Wash on Nashua Street.
OCTOBER 3, 2013
12:26 a.m. Possession of controlled/narcotic drugs is reported on Amherst Street.
12:24 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Nashua Street.
4:09 p.m. Arson is reported at Granite State Concrete Co. Inc. on 408 Elm St.
OCTOBER 4, 2013
4:30 p.m. Theft from a motor vehicle and suspicious activity is reported on Souhegan Street.
4:33 p.m. Two counts of theft; all other are reported on Alpine Street.
OCTOBER 6, 2013
10:55 a.m. Willful concealment or shoplifting and criminal liability for conduct of another is reported at Shaw's Supermarket on Nashua Street.
