Auto ​Dealership Breaks Ground in Milford

MILFORD, NH — Contemporary Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in an official groundbreaking ceremony announced the construction of its new dealership and future location at 30 Hammond Road in Milford, according to a press statement. The new state-of-the-art facility is planned to be approximately 25,000 square feet, include a six-vehicle showroom, two-lane enclosed service drive-thru, 16 bay shop, and on-site parking for up to 450 vehicles.

The larger building provides for much larger customer space including a spacious waiting area, commuter work stations, quiet room, kids play area, and MOPAR retail display space. The new facility on Hammond Road is located at the northeast intersection of Route 101 and Route 13, improving the dealership’s visibility and accessibility, according to Tracy Hutchins, the president of Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce.

The project was designed in conjunction with Sandford Surveying & Engineering of Bedford and Warrenstreet Architects of Concord. The site work and construction are being managed by Turnstone Corporation of Milford.

Occupancy is expected in late 2017.
