The 2013 Boston Marathon isn't over yet, but we already have some results to share.
The winner in the men's division this year is Ethiopian runner Lelisa Desisa, who finished in 2:10:22, according to NPR. Rita Jeptoo of Kenya won the women's division with a final time of 2 hours, 26 minutes and 25 seconds.
The first Milford runner to finish is Michael Wright, who hit the net with a time of 3:17:23.
