HPM Insurance Opens Office in Amherst

HPM insurance is pleased to announce the relocation of its home office to 101 Ponemah Road in Amherst, NH, which is at the intersection of Rtes. 101A and 122 at the railroad tracks.

This new location is just 6 miles from its former location which was 633 Elm Street in Milford. This is a more centralized location that will be able to easily service clients throughout Southern New Hampshire including Nashua.

According to HPM Insurance president and CEO, Lyle Fulkerson, the agency move was prompted by the desire to purchase a building for a permanent home. “Our Milford location served us very well for more than 5 years; however, we were looking for a permanent location that we could invest in and customize to fit our needs,” Fulkerson said. “The layout and visibility of our new location achieves this goal.”

The process of finding and renovating the new office was not a quick or easy process because though the building was in good shape, it required a lot of essential updates to ensure it functioned as desired from opening day onward. This included new heating, wiring, plumbing, insulation, wall configuration and ADA compliant bathroom and access ramp.

Though the office has officially relocated, interior finishing touches will continue with exterior work completed in the spring and summer. An open house will occur in late spring.

This HPM office is one of two locations for HPM Insurance as it opened a second office in Bedford in late 2014.

HPM Insurance established its roots in Southern New Hampshire in 1860. For generations, the agency has protected businesses and families with personal attention to their client’s needs.
