Magic of Electricity SPIN Club Workshop Series Offered
Hillsborough County 4-H will offer a six-week Magic of 4-H workshop series March and April.
Interested in how electricity works? Master Electrician Michael Chase will lead a six week program for youth, age 10 and over, to do hands-on activities with electricity. A 4-H Spin club is a special interest club where young people learn about a topic of interest. There will be six 2-hour sessions from 2-4 pm on Sundays beginning March 22nd through April 26 held at the UNH Cooperative Extension 4-H office in Goffstown (329 Mast Rd). Open to ALL youth, this program is free but registration is required. (April 5); Magnetic Properties Of Materials And Attract Repel (April 12); Make A Compass And Make An Electromagnet (April 19); Galvanometer (Demo) Build A Simple Electric Motor (April 26).
