MILFORD, NH — Jacques Memorial Elementary School students got into the spirit of the season at the annual Autumn Adventure Day. The students participated in the day full of activities with educational and fall themes.

That included the traditional planting of tulip bulbs that will bloom in the spring. There were also several stations dedicated to science, technology, engineering and mathematics, as well as fall-themed relays, scavenger hunts. Autumn Bingo was a new addition for this year.

"Autumn Adventure Day is a tradition that's beloved by students, staff and teachers alike, and I was excited to experience my first one," Principal Tim O'Connell said. "The whole day is a great opportunity for students to engage with one another and have fun while learning."
