A Trashy Journey Through My Neighborhood
Patch Editor Robert Michaelson went on a mission to find out what trash was littering his town.
We live in a dirty, dirty world.
I was inspired by a recent post from Patch blogger Darly D’Angelo of Amherst. She is tired of seeing trash on all of the trails she works on, and had some “trash-talk” for all of these anonymous litterbugs.

Today is Earth Day, so I decided to go on my own “Trashy Journey” to see what kind of trash was lying around in my neighborhood in Milford. I walked around Keyes Memorial Field to see what people were leaving out in our beautiful environment.
Witness my filthy walkabout through the photos above as I pick up all of that dirty, gross and possibly illegal litter. All of it all ended up in a dumpster where it belongs, but there was still much more to go.
