January 5, 2021

The Turner Group, Ironwood Design Group, and Turnstone Corporation have been hired by the Town to perform a Community Center Feasibility Study. The firms will conduct and prepare a needs assessment and feasibility study to develop future options for a Community and Senior Center through the reuse/renovation the building at 127 Elm Street or the construction of a new facility on the same site. The firms also will evaluate the current and future recreational and social programming with the community.

Part of this evaluation will include engagement, collaboration, and potential partnerships with non-profits, private organizations, and community groups. On January 6th and 14th (both 6pm), H.L. Turner will be hosting public input sessions. We would like to invite you to attend one of two (or both if you like) scheduled sessions to be conducted online via Zoom. This is an opportunity as a community to provide essential input and ask questions!
