2 Men Arrested By Milford Police After Alleged Robbery

Milford and Manchester man charged in connection with a robbery which occurred in Milford, NH

MILFORD, NH — Milford police arrested Joshua Horvitz, 30, of Milford at 3:30 p.m. on May 14, and charged him with robbery, possession of drugs, Resisting Arrest, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and falsifying physical evidence.

Police also arrested Michael Burney, 35, of Manchester who was charged with robbery, possession of drugs, and falsifying physical evidence.

According to Capt. Shawn Pelletier of the Milford Police Department, the pair were arrested about 10 minutes after a robbery at Penguin Mart. The pair were arrested at Cumberland Farms Central after a vehicle stop.

Both men are scheduled for arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
