Souhegan Valley Chamber workshop next month with Robert Nadeau of Plymouth State University might be just the thing you need.

Professor Robert Nadeau of Plymouth State University will present “Needs Development Best Practices that Increase Your Sales,” Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Souhegan Valley Boys & Girls Club, 56 Mont Vernon St. in Milford.
Most business practices can be learned and replicated. This workshop will focus on voice mail and uncovering needs. Discover an effective voice mail process based on best practices from research of a 600,000 voice mail study. Learn how to cultivate needs at a much deeper level based on research from 34,000 sales calls. You will stand-out from your competitors. How to develop a need from implied to explicit. Discover questioning techniques to have clients tell you the benefits of your solution. We’ll also add some techniques on building rapport.
Professor Nadeau is the Director of the Professional Sales Program at Plymouth State University teaching marketing, sales, and sales management. His career as a Senior Manager for a Fortune 100 company earned him multiple awards, keynote speaking engagements, and a reputation as a results-driven consultant. Nadeau is in the top 1% most viewed in the world on LinkedIn. He has facilitated LinkedIn workshops with clients like Comcast, Staples, DHL, and Ricoh as well as regional companies, and universities. In his spare time, Professor Nadeau teaches motorcycle courses for Harley-Davidson.
